What do I do about the pop-up blocker?

Modern browsers try to protect you from malicious sites that secretly open new windows as pop-ups. Our application uses pop-ups to display or collect additional information. These windows are completely safe.

You should set the browser to Always Allow Popups for www.fleetpoint.net as shown in the images to the right.

The browser asks 'Do you want to close this window?' Is it okay?

Yes! The login process wants to close the initial window and open the application in a new, plain window. This is perfectly safe and normal. You should click Yes to proceed.
Click 'Yes' to Close the Window

Is it safe to allow scripting?

No Problem! This site uses scripting to harness the power of the browser and speed up page updates. It's all quite normal and used on all of the popular Web sites. Our application requires scripting to be enabled.
Scripting is quite safe inside the browser

Why should I allow cookies?

A cookie is a tiny text file that stores information such as your preferences. For example, when you ask us to remember your user name, the name is stored in a secure cookie.

We also use a special in-memory cookie to store your login credentials during your session. The stored credentials disappear when you close the browser or log out.
