InterFleet provides ambulance dispatchers with high resolution, real-time information and mapping of the location of each of their ambulances and the ability to quickly dispatch the closest one to the location of an emergency call. InterFleet easily integrates with existing CAD systems making it easy to adapt to your operational needs.

InterFleet also interfaces with onboard ambulance systems to share data from onboard laptops and terminals used by ambulance paramedics, including patient care reporting systems, such as iMEDIC EMS being used by many Ontario jurisdictions. InterFleet also allows for highly customizable location reporting frequency (as often as every five seconds) and includes event notification, such as sirens on/off, at scene, and leaving scene.

When emergencies happen, it is critical for dispatchers to know precisely what is going on in their jurisdiction. People’s lives depend on dispatchers making the right decisions from moment to moment and those decisions depend on accurate GPS data and Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) mapping information.. InterFleet can report locations on average every ten seconds or faster. Our patented live screen map displays the entire emergency vehicle fleet and automatically refreshes updated status changes every second, giving dispatchers an accurate real time view of their fleet.
